My 91 Ranger the stRanger

Superlift ORV park in Hot Springs AR

I like

That looks like a nice park and the trails look great. My favorite part is the fact that there is hardly anyone esle there :icon_thumby:

Yeah it's a huge park, and Sunday is a slow day and usually only about 10 rigs. On a Saturday there's about 50 rigs usually

I just ordered 100 feet of 1.75 DOM, 2x2 tubing, and a fuel cell. Tube bed coming soon...

Nice!! Mine took just shy of 100ft to build.

Your build thread is where I got the number lol, and some rough estimates with a tape measure.

I got my tubing delivered today. And I picked up a bunch of led lights for the bed. Still waiting for all the parts for the fuel cell setup to come in. It is always the little things that add up and nickel and dime your budget!

On other news, I am getting shipped to Albuquerque NM in April. I am very excited about this move as Moab and Colorado is now a weekend trip away! And I'll finally be back where there are mountains and cool new stuff to go explore and wheel. Anyone that reads this know of wheeling locations in the Albuquerque area?

I added some tube onto the bumper, and shackle mounts:

And I built my rear cross member for the tube bed

The lights are led lights from a trailer supply store. I should have the fuel pickups for the cell next week.

Look really good!!!

Hurry up...you're slow. Just kidding man, truck is looking good! when are you moving?

Yeah I was hoping to get a lot done this week while I am off but companies apparently like to take breaks over this time and slack on shipping stuff out. I am probably not going to be able to do much until the end of Feb now. I should get my sliders done this month though.

Oh and I am moving in April. The tube bed WILL be done before then. By the way, I know a Moab trip fell on its face for 2012, but we seriously should try and do a Moab/Utah trip in September. I am thinking labor day weekend. Get you and Hahn to drive down and whoever wants to wheel/camp/road trip through the all the NP down there.

Today I cut a hole on the backside of the crossmember for wiring. I also welded on a receiver hitch. I still want to add a couple more gussets on the back side, but I am happy with it.

My welding is improving, here is my prettyish weld. Feel free to critique.

And here is some the parts I am collecting. Jaz 22 gal cell, summit fuel filler kit, holley in-line fuel pump, jegs pre pump filter, various fittings and barbs, and some fuel line. The plan is to mount the cell over/ behind the rear frame rails and have it sit flush with them. It should not raise above the flat deck much, mostly the filler spout.

Sweet kind of wish I would have went with a bigger cell but oh well.

Yeah I have a 16 gallon tank right now and I only get about 230ish miles out of it. I hate it. The added range with this will be nice.
