:headbang: Thats how Ford should have built it from the beginning. Looks good.

Yep , it is a much better design .
Hubs did not need to be pressed into the new rotors , but the studs needed to be pressed into the hubs and that holds the rotor in place .

Looking good! For those that don't have a press, could you draw the stud with a nut and lots of lube....like neversieze?

Richard

Or put the piece needing pressing under the frame of a truck and using a bottle jack press it in/out that way...

Great stuff, question, how much wider is the TTB 44 hubs and such than the dana 35 parts? I've spent all winter collecting parts and as soon as it warms up I'm going this route as well.

I always just use a hammer and drift to put them in at work. Press is too slow.

I think it is the same width . I'll get a measurement tomorrow .

Wheels are leaning out 3 degrees . It has 0 degree bushings in it now , I'll try to get some new bushings tomorrow .

I don't know really . But I have new 35's on it locked front and back , so I'll let you know . The 1.5" spacers on the front should be a good test for the wheel bearings .

Those hubs look good, do I get a finders fee on those? :thefinger:
