mustang rims on a 2wd ranger

hiya all i have a 96 ext cab xlt with stock v6 mustang rims on my ranger alll fits good only thign the front could use a spacer as the inside wheel rubs a wee bit when turning fully to ether side but other than that the center caps work on all 4 corners with out any rubs at all http://www.jegs.com/i/OE-Wheels/494/8181903/10002/-1?parentProductId=1695360 will these be ok to fit the rear im looking to buy the set 17x10.5's for the read and 2 17x9's for the front if they will work

yes i red it but nothing about wider rims tho mostly stock rims from a mustang but just as soon as save the money up im gona buy them and then do a writeup on them on what needs to be done
