Will the 14x6 stock rims fit the entire unit, or would I need to upgrade to 15x7?

If they are Cobra Brakes the no. If it is a regular disc brake rearend from a V6 or a GT then it may work. If the setup is still on the mustang then take a 14 inch rim and try it on the mustang as it will look the same on the ranger.

That was my plan, was just unsure if it was worth grabbing parts for, I'm much more comfortable working on disc than drum, lol, silly reason for the swap I know
