My credo
I didn't ask for your life story, just answer the question!
So our new world ending catastrophe for May is Murder Hornets...
2” long Asian hornets that can fly up to 20mph.

Anyone else think Asia is trying to kill us all?

There’s going to be a run on wasp and hornet spray. (Actually, it could be a run on something that has nothing to do with the current doomsday, so maybe people will be hoarding shoe laces this time instead of toilet paper.)

I had this argument already. It’s May, that’s level 5.

I kinda wondered about that, I just grabbed it off of facebook.

At first I thought maybe they let Australia's fire thing slide since it wasn't in the US but then I remembered we almost had WWIII...

I've been dreading this day ever since I heard about these things when I lived in the UK. You do realize that we will have no food in three to five years, right?

Supposedly the hornets are pretty good eating if you get them before they get you.

Yes I understand the consequences of no more bees.

Maybe. But I still want to see at a valid argument their continued existence as a species.

Sorry if this offends, but it's f***ing bioweapon time

Fortunately, Asiatic honey bees have adaptation that allows them to kill off the Asian giant hornets. Ours do not.

At this point, there wouldn't be enough time to prepare for our bees to go extinct (they are going to) and bring in enough from overseas that are resistant to them. So, I guess we all just die?
