So...............what's wrong with the paint.....shiny ain't cool in Honduras???

Don'y pay no stinking paint shop to redo the rims...you redo if you no like the doo-doo....send me the extra egg money if you got that much too much....

.....do you understand?

Not even a word DG! :icon_thumby:

I dont got that much, or i would get new rims in black hahahaha

Ill leave em and touch up any stratches with fresh paint.
I like em flat black, not shiny.

that's the beauty of rattle cans, sure its not the best... but if it messes up its easy and cheap to touch up.. lol

Yeah. ill keep a can just in case.
Ive had some spray paints that stand against scratches and fadin really good tho. Maybe its the preparation or the paint could be a good quality one.
LOL mucho bettero :icon_twisted:

sem trim paint is an awesome spray paint also

Yesterday i saw at the random albums that display on the bottom of TRS main page a member who had these rims
1592%20ford%20ranger%20explorer%20wheel%20rim.jpg

In flat black with the little studs in silver. that looks really cool.

i've done that before... guy paid me to paint his rims. left the studs silver just to see what it looked like. i'll see if i have the pics.

i might do that on these

haha i forgot what it looked like w/ orange lenses, body lift, alum wheels, steps, and crap...

its the set of 15's.. thought about using them w/ some cheap mudders for when deer hunting or whatever. idk tho. don't really feel like swaping out wheels all the times.

If you are gonna black out a set of Outlaw II's, let me know first. I have a set that is not nearly as clean as those ones. Sand and black those and I'll take them purdy ones off your hands.

:icon_rofl: :icon_rofl: :icon_rofl: :icon_rofl:
the truck has a 2" body lift, and i havent raised the rear bumper

Its on the to do list :icon_thumby:

Thats kind of what I thought but noticed the front was taken care of. Great looking truck... regular cab short beds look awesome lifted with muds.

Thanks, yeah the front one was raised, because it was horrible when it wasnt

one's shown on mine are the stock explorer bullet holes. the look good other than one that has a place the clear seems to be starting to peel. but all in all, they look almost new.

Looks great, but you do know that spray paint will rot the tires were you didnt tape them.

Never had that problem, just the irritating contrasting colors and all around crappy appearance (silver or orange shows quite well on black)

FYI, I don't think there is a better surface to paint than tires... it will never come off.
