More urgent for this answer than my other thread

Been having codes 136 lean and during engine running test code 512. Some said it was because I disconnected the battery to clear codes.
I did a bunch of reading on koeo and koer test and performed both and got same results as before.
Went for a drive and now it will only run in first gear. I can manually take off and shift to second but no third or fourth.
Shifting was perfect yesterday and half of today.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Ok I overreacted....hose came of trans modulator valve. I replaced it yesterday and new I should have put a new hose but only cut the soft end off making it too short

If the hose softened up it usually means the modulator is leaking fluid into it. It also means you need to replace the hose at the engine end,too.

I checked it the other day when 2nd was shifting a little hard. Fluid ran out of the house and valve. I replaced it and solved the hard shift. I'll replace both hoses and thanks for the advice.

Trans still had an occasional hard shift into second and a little jolt when taking off in first. My vacuum modulator on trans has a screw with Allen head for adjustment. I turned screw in an 1/8th turn at a time. In total a 1/2 turn got rid of initial first gear slack feeling and now shifts smooth whether light throttle or punching it.
