I really believe that the US of A needs a person that has been in the trenches and has been to the top and back in the trenches. Somebody who drinks socially of course and not a drunkard. Somebody that has had wild nights with cocaine and hookers. Somebody that has only made it to one step below manager status. Somebody that can put it all behind them when the time comes. Somebody who never went to a fancy school or held a house or seante seat. Somebody that has done an overnight in jail. Someone that shows us that he is just like everyone else, and nobody special. Somebody that knows what it is like on the high road, the middle road, and the low road because he/she has been there and done it.

If this is your list of "qualities", why not just stick with Obama? He's a social drinker and smoker. I'm sure he's had hookers. He was a community organizer... not quite a manager. He was titled as Senator, but never really showed up to anything, so does that even count? Nobody can remember him at this fancy school to verify he actually went there. He usually takes the "high" road though - this is evident when he declares victory with unsuccessful policies. Although, he can take the middle or low road if he's talking to the right audience.

And frankly I find your list of what you would like to see in a President to be mostly incompatible with the office. The job of the President is to lead the country using the constution as a map.

By your standards, the man who should be elected probably can't even read the map he is supposed to be using, let alone get anywhere with it.

This has turned out to be a good topic! It's good to learn everybody's opinion on what's happenin in the country.


So what if Romney's family from 100 years ago were paligamists. That was 100 years ago! I don't blame him for moving his money out of the country because all he was doing was looking out for his future. Bain capital was doing the right kinds of things when he was running the place and maybe after he left they turned into sharks but that ain't his fault he was no longer the guy in charge. You know what else! If there was some one else that stood a chance in beating Obama I'd support them instead but my goal first and fore most is getting this horrible excuse for a president out of office.
Romney has the most experience and the best record for turning around a failing company. That's where we are right now and we are the workers. We're gonna be out of a job soon if management keeps F-ing up as bad as they have. So the best choice is to replace them with someone that knows how to turn this kinda stuff around and I personally believe Romney is the best candidate for the job in that aspect. It don't hurt that he has very high moral values either. Obviously he has better judgement too since he hasn't done drugs, don't drink and has never ate a dog. That there proves he's a million times more intelligent than 98% of Americans!

Not once did I say it was unfair. I will also say that not once did I say in my qualities of a president that he needs to cheat, lie, etc.

Plus I don't like the word morals. Should be stated as common sense really. Everybody knows right and wrong. Not like having a drink is wrong or smoking a joint is wrong. Its a part of life. Simple things shows who is willing to live their life and who falls in line and conforms with everybody else.

The constitution has been changed in the past and it will be changed in the future. Nothing is set in stone.

Sorry I made it sound that way. Not how I intended it. I don't want to take away choices but stating that the document was made only for moral and religious people kinda eliminates a quarter of the population don't cha think. So really the people that fall into that realm have no choice. Maybe that's a better way to say it.
