Thanks Nate, I'm really surprised at how much trimming is involved. But shouldn't be a big deal.

I just ground the rivets off and removed the entire crossmember.
 
I left that bit of the member because there is a skid attached to it for the front of the gas tank.

Digging the level iii thing, but get it color matched IMO. Sweet plates too, did the truck pass safety?

Sorry for the thread jack, but Sasquatch, would you feel like selling one of those one piece driveshafts?

I'd be going with OEM ones, just with an extra I stuck on. I haven't gotten my safety "officially" done yet. When I was getting the front end stuff I got a pre-safety safety. I now have a fix-it list and once that's done I should be golden.

i've run into the same rubbing problem on the one piece shaft before-my solution was similar to nathans,just trimmed the hell out of the tank skid.
