Would it be the same swap from a Navajo to a BII as it is from an explorer?

Bronco IIs wheelbase is shorter than the 2 door navajo and the 2 door sploders. the only differance between navajo and sploder is cosmetic...i.e. grille, badging, and the lines on the tail lights, etc.

When I upgraded to a 4.0 in my b2 I used a Navajo for a donor, no problems
