LS swap! finally

Jealous of you finding that service bed. I've been looking for one for ages now for my 2001 Ranger.
Just keep looking. Found this one in background of a photo on marketplace. Apparently was on an S10

Running! With oil pressure and a working transmission. Waiting on a transfer case seal and its time to drive

You piece together that intake or is it all one? Debating how I want to do mine since I need to put the MAT sensor in it.

3" or 4" aluminum (I can't remember)and a matching rubber coupling with a built in maf sensor location.

Drained 16 gallons of 2.5 year old gas. Stuff was nasty. Hopefully it runs better after fresh

short cycle some cleaner with a seperate container to clean the system and injectors

How much did the engine end up weighing I looked around and I saw that a 6.0 like yours weighs about the same as a new Godzilla somewhere around 540 dressed.

I'm not sure how much the motor is but I think its less than stock. Entire truck weights 4600lb 55/45 split

oh okay, well it looked like it fit pretty good even with the huge 6l80.

an LQ4 will be about that much, the block is something like 225 alone. the aluminum block 6.0s are much lighter
