My ranger seems to be sucking transmission fluid into the motor. I've checked the EGR I check for leaks and I can't find anything. It looked like transmission fluid was in the motor oil. Can anybody give me any insight. Greatly appreciated

The only way to get trans fluid in motor would be through the vacuum line on the modulator.

EGR stands for Exhaust Gas Recirculation. Your exhaust should have no transmission fluid in it, so it didn't come from there.
Why do you think ATF is in the engine oil?

1. You're checking your oil with the wrong dipstick...
2. You put Transmission fluid in the wrong place...
3. There is a fundamental breakdown in communication of what you are describing...

Given the quality of and the lack of detail in the original post I'd say #3 has happened along with something else.
