Lights Dim?

2001 Edge, 120,000 miles.

New battery and alternator.

When driving with the headlights on; the headlights will dim and the little battery warning light will come on. This only happen while accelerating.

This was happening before the replacement of the battery and alternator.

check for a ground wire from the engine to the fire wall, and also to the battery, also check your cables.

Yep sounds like a loose or dirty connection...
