88 front end (grille, fenders, lights, etc) on a 90?

I just bought a 1990 2.9 2WD Auto with a damaged bumper, fender, and the slim piece between the grille and bumper. The paint is damaged in some areas as well. I know I can hammer and bend it all mostly back to how it should be, but I really wanted the earlier bullnose style anyways. Additionally, the donor truck has the same color paint (no damage/chips) and the price is reasonable for all the parts.

As far as I can tell, it appears I can swap the fenders, grille, lights, and bumper from an 88 to a 90 with no problems, minus maybe small differences in the lights and maybe a few bolts, but the originals are damaged already.

Just wanted to know if anyone has any input or experience in this.

Thanks for your time,
Micah

The core support is different. How much, IDK. And a 90 frame will need brackets made to fit the 1st gen bumper. It has been done here before.
