Maybe......
Trying to get past that now....
Heres the 3rd and final hydrobooster for this project.
This one is a little different from the other 2 boosters I have killed. It is completely cast iron, no aluminum. The little gas cylinder is also a different shape.
Making the push rod that goes between the brake booster and the master cylinder.
The adjustable push rod from the stock vacuum booster.
Welding it up.
And reassembly.
Making the final adjustments to the push rod. There is a specification that the rod stick out 0.995" from the face of the booster.
Then I had to fight with the brake light switch a little bit to make it work with the pedal rod going to the hydroboost unit.
And then I finshed up the bump out windows.
And then a package came for me.

This is a stock F150 and Expedition tranny cooler.
I attached the pieces of aluminum angle iron with pop rivets. I have never used them before but I have to say, they have their uses and are very easy to use.
Any bigger and that tranny/PS cooler would not have fit. (I completely forgot to think about how I was going to fit this in there when I ordered it on ebay)
Tomorrow I will pick up some more hose to finish the cooler lines, some power steering fluid to flush the ATF out of the system and some hose clamps.
