looking at fitting leveling kit to the front of the ranger I have, its a 2021 2.0ltr bi turbo wildtrak, the setup of the front shock is different to what you guys have on yours in the States, the bottom shock bolt runs sideways through the bottom control arm , not the two bolts you have going down through the control arm, dont know how this changes anything when leveling , also we do not have the front crash bars on ours , so would anyone have an Idea of tyre size when leveling kit is fitted and if anything other than a alignment is needed

thanks

A leveling kit is probably just gonna be some spacers that fit between the top of the trip and body.. there are other ways to do it.. but tophat spacers would be the way to go IMO.

When I had my 21.. it was brought up either 2 or 2.5 inches in the front and I ran 32" tires. I did have some slight rubbing.. but only on the crash bars that you don't have (lucky)

I'd say you should be able to fit at least a 33" tire without the bars.. you won't need anything else other than an alignment.

thanks for the reply mate, just avin a look at ur youtube channel, looks cool

Thanks! I'm hoping to have much more cool stuff on there to waste time watching this year lol. Just gotta get off my butt and make some..

Like @Blmpkn said. My level kit was a spacer on top of the struts. Just have to add it an rotate them 180°. Then of course an alignment. I've removed both my front and rear crash bars. I'm also running a 285/75r17. I have a slight rub when it flexes out. Before I ran some 305/70r17s with no rub.

That being said. The Toyotas over here have the same 3 bolt pattern on the top of the front struts with a pass through bolt like you described on the bottom. So that might be an option if wanted to go full strut replacement. I know the Toyotas have way more options over here. Plus they seem to be lower priced as well.
