Leak at tranny cooling line at radiator

I just dropped in a new radiator. Spectra from rockauto. I installed the radiator and the tranny lines without much of an issue. They both have a slight leak now, it's not dripping just wet when you put your finger on them. I tried tightening them. I will let them heat up and see if that helps. Any ideas are welcome!

I recommend PTFE plumbing tape and pipe dope. They'll reduce friction and allow you to get the joints much tighter.

solved: thanks for the suggestions. I ended up pulling the top one off, cleaning it up and wrapping a little tape around the fitting. I did not tighten it as much as before, just snug. it did not leak!!! I then did the same thing to the lower line but it was harder to access. I could not get the tape on it so I out some plumbers dope on it. It basically worked too. I out my finger on it about 5 times today and only once was there a little fluid, just a little. I think I will tighten this one up a little and my guess is it will be fine. thanks again!

ps. next time i would clean the fittings off and wrap the tape on it while the radiator is out!
