Nice. If you stay out of the mud you'll probably be OK. I gave up on parts store slaves and went back to the OEM slave with the boot. I think Napa's slaves have the boot too, but I was tired of taking chances with parts stores. Its a pain to replace em.

Either way, you're going 5.0 soon, so it won't matter.

Looks like the throw out bearing seized up and the whole bearing started spinning. lol

I don't go in the mud, learned my lesson. That is a napa brand, and I am on my third one. If I was keeping this drive train I would buying a better one. Can't wait for the 5.0 and auto.

That is exacly what I think happened also. It was making a grinding noise just before it started squealing and then quit working. Hope this one lasts me another few weeks to I start swaping parts.

Well got the truck all fixed and went out wheeling last weekend. Truck worked great, just need to fix my power steering pump and I have a leaking steering box. I beat the snot out of the box, again and the fair lead took a beating.

After this last trip my box has had it, it was no longer holding any normal shape and it is time to take it off for the new one. I decided to wheel the rest of the season box less
