This is starting to annoy me! I have cleaned the seals, used the hair dryer trick, and even set the empty light housing in the sun to evaporate the moisture, but it keeps coming back!

I've had three main ideas:
  • Use CA glue, UV stable silicone, or black RTV around the outside edge where the lens meets the housing
  • Coat the rubber light bulb seal on the plug in a thin film of RTV to "fix" any miniscule cracks there
  • Baking & resealing the tail light housings, but I have one set of these, and they're on the truck.
That's all I can think of to resolve the issue. Anyone have any other ideas? Has anything worked well that I'm overlooking?
