Kyle M's Ranger Rebuild

That is why I am measuring from frame to axle, lift, springs or position of spring it should measure out the same. If I modified the frame it would be different, but I didn't and it is in the factory spot for this frame. I just want to figure out what the factory #'s were so I can compare.

Measure from center of your front lockout to a common place on the fender. And somebody stock do the same.

I would check for you but I'm at the beach. If no one has an answer by Monday I can get the measurment for you

Your going to have to measure to the lockout to the bodyline on the fender because Kyles fenders are cut

hmm? I should of measured mine to see what it was before and after, but it was 2wd so that might make a huge difference than a 4wd.

I will go measure from the center of the hub to the center of the bodyline right above it.

Alright, measured it and it came out to 32.5" whatcha all got?

I will check tomorrow and let you know.

Got out and did some wheeling today with CheapthrillsB2...I am sore! But it was fun and felt good to be out again.

Had some damage, broke a shaft and hub, smoked the clutch pretty good but all in all, it was worth it. Here are a couple pictres and videos

Thats the kinda wheeling that pushed my towards the 6.0L, enough torque down low and enough HP up to get the tires flailing and actually clean them out. You gave it hell, don't think I could have hoped for any better!

LOL, I left that point wishing I had my 5.0 and automatic swapped in already, I think that would have made a big difference. I couldn't get the tires speed I needed.

Wheeling like that is begging for 1 tons.....and 40's LOL

except judgeing from cheapthrills post that he just did on his thread one tons arnt holding up either...
