K&N Air charger Cold Air Intake Kit - Worth the cost?

well it did sooo yeah... why would i post that if it wasnt true? and im not trying to be an ass just posting what i experienced with the k&n intake.

I'm certainly not accusing you of posting something that isn't true. I think that for the relativley low cost, the fact that it's an entirely bolt-on mod, and the gains you saw, make it well worth the money. Others seem to disagree.
Out of curiosity, what were your before/after 0-60 times?

Because there is no EVIDENCE it is worth it and I have better uses for $200.

Ford4 posted that he saw an improved 0-60 time with his programmer. In my book, that's evidence. Nobody is making you spend your money on an intake, but please don't bash those of us who have chosen to get one, and say that we're basically idiots for doing so, just becasue you have a different opinion.

before 9.22 after 9.02

But now with almost every upgrade i installed i am at 7.9 sec

I have had very good personal experience with a K&N filter on my 4.0L. It doesn't make a difference stock, but after porting, a cam, and throttle body, it makes a noticable difference.

Wow only someone in Canada would do that. That's a perfect example of how you can't answer the "Is it worth it?" question. To some, cutting holes in their hood and fenders is worth it. It did make me laugh for a while, so I would say it WAS worth it.

Is a drop in K&N filter worth it? No.

haha yup it was redneck but hell it worked perfect. and it was only used for beating around the woods behind my house
