i currently own two jus picked up the red 85 its a lx with a good gt conversion its my dd\toy till my 86 is done. the pic of the 86 with the snow on it is at the frame shop from which it will be returning in a few weeks. heres some info on both
the 85lx has e303 cam underdrive pulleys ford motorsport shortys off road h pipe wit flowmaster 40s dumped edelbrock intake and carb and 3:55 gears

the 86gt is jus a roller right now tryin to decide what motor combo i wanna go with it has 4:10s in the rear other than that nuttin reall special 86 has a factory sunroof the 85 is t tops both have t5z trans with the better 2.95 first gear

Very nice rides notfastenuf4me and Explorin94. I've said it before and it's worth saying again, but them 85-86 GT's have a special corner in my heart. I've owned one of each. I really miss my 86 GT. Someday I'll have to post my plaque I won for the local "Mustang and Fords" show for best 79-86 Mustang.
