I took on the challenge to modify a Jeep Comanche bumper from JCR Off-road to fit the 1st gen Ranger.

This required cutting 2-3/4" out of the Comanche bumper to fit the width of the Ranger. Next I removed the bracket and adding new brackets to attach to the Ranger frame. The new brackets hit in the middle of the JCR Hi-Lift triangulated cut outs. This required them to be deleted which did not bother me.

Now I need to add pod lights and and a flip up license place so that I can utilize the receiver hitch on the fly.

Badass. Looks awesome...

Now you need a 2019 rear diff upgrade and a skid plate....

My actual winch plate is off of a cherocar

Whoa!

Nice work! Let's see the rest of the Ranger!

Nice, is there a custom drop hitch? It would look extra badass...

That looks awesome! Need to clean up that rearend and that booty shot would be awesome!

yes I didn't notice how bad the rear axle looked until I started taking these photos! lol

You gotta woe the masses and get some other sucker member to nominate you. :icon_thumby:

More pictures never hurt either.

There was a rule change made by Jim. You can nominate yourself. You will have to wait for next month though.

Funny enough after I typed my last message I looked over on the side of the forum and saw a picture of my truck. Apparently, I haven't been paying attention as I missed this Ranger Station feature. But if any of you follow Four Wheeler on Instagram they have posted the same story on my truck over and over and over. But the team at Four Wheeler were great people and I appreciate them showing the Ranger some love. However, I did extend them an offer to take my truck for a few weeks to run a new story if they wanted to.
