when it talks of this round connector that has the four wires (2 purple one red with light blue and one blue) i cannot find this plug anywhere in the factory harness or anything any ideas what else it could be.

cool do you have the 2 wire oval plug with the red a white wire from the ignition switch

dont worry about it your looking at the 85 wiring your is 83 right

well plus i gotta figure out how to wire in my altenator since thats part of wat they cut

thanks for the offer but i don't have my cell right now..i got everything with the module and coil put in now to wire the altenator and i'm golden

Two wires for the alternator and the oil pressure has one and the water temp has one is the white connector still there by the coil it has 8 wires long retangular

let me check the colors black/orange and orange/ lt blue the wire size will tell you should have the wires on the harness you bought with the connectors

the white/black dont do anything

ok there is one black with orange stripe wire that seems to make a piointless loop all the way back around to the started solenoid ....but i cannot find where the white with blue stripe and the white with black stripe go

are the power wires to the duraspark module color coded backwards
