Ignition lock and door locks

I'm looking for a replacement kit that has an ignition lock and door lock cylinders keyed alike for a 1995 Mazda B2300. They seem to be available for a 1995 Ford Ranger and I have been told the two trucks are identical under the skin. But, I can only seem to find separate ignition and door locks looking for Mazda. then I will then need to get a locksmith to do some re-coding so all three will work with the same key.
Has anyone used the Ford Ranger lock kit on a Mazda.

As I understand it, Ford built the trucks and sold them to Mazda to finish. The opposite arrangement from the Courier before the Ranger came out.

Lots of members have used Ranger parts on the Mazdas.
