This just started after I did an axle swap and let the truck sit for about a month. In drive and sitting at a stand still the engine idles at 500rpms and stumbles a bit. It doesn't do this in park or nuetral. I suspect fuel because of my other issue of surging when accelerating. The engine sounds like its going up and then down just a bit and back up again. I have a problem with fuel. It will staall if I run it down below a 1/4 tank and stop hard it'll stall out. The fuel pressure did check out fine when I check it. I just need a 351w.
Ps. I also. Hear a weird grinding noise in drive and at idle when stopped. I changed the water pump and still was there even though the pump bearings were bad.
