My 1992 Ranger is giving me a ISC code but idling has no problems. Checked for vacuum leaks and found a minor one and repaired it. Check engine light still comes on off and on only when im driving. Never when it is parked. I tested my ISC solinoid its reading at 9.5 OHMs. I am at a loss on how to get this damn check engine light to stay off. Again engine isnt idling bad or spotty runs great.
