I need to visit the "flex store"

well lets check
1. sway bars?
2. traction bars, those ones might limit your flex
3. what linda set up is in the back

Yeah, not too much flex there. The trac bars arent helpin much. And like Dusto said, swaybars dont help, but can always be disconnected. Try those things and test if theres any differences. The yellow springs do look cool too.

Well, when you decide to take those ladder bars off the back, I'll tak'em off your hands....hahaha.

get rid of the traction bars, sway bars, add a leafs, if you have them, and coils. go with sky jacker 6'' lift coils with 1 3/4 washer spacers, and 4'' lift leafs out back. or at least block. thats what i did and i have a pretty good flexy trail rig but still great for daily driveing. ps nice ride

I'm not sure why people are all of a sudden impressed with the Skyjacker TTB 6" lift springs. I had them for 2.5 years and I thought they sucked.

not too bad.

the Skyjackers are the best "bolt in" springs for a RBV.

Whatever. When you decide that you want to take your truck off road, (no, the gravel driveway at your parent's house doesn't count) you'll read the tech articles and see that there are other "bolt-in" solutions as well....

Piss off. How many people do you think really know how to or have the abilities to do such?

with that rear setup your whole axle is acting as a sway bar, no wonder you don't have any flex...

get rid of one of those ladder bars (I'd ditch the passenger side), the one you leave in place, get rid of that rigid front mount and make something up like a sway bar end link and use that instead, this way you still get rid of axle wrap and have decent flex

as for the front, unbolt one of the sway bar end links, or ditch it all together, I didn't notice any handling differences when I pulled mine other than a little while hauling stuff...

?
*I think* mine have done me well. My tire hits the coil bucket at full stuff. 12" of wheel travel + short wheel base = acceptable in my books.

I'm betting he knows a few. This is not his first rodeo.

As bad as I don't want to say this, I'm gonna have to say Rough Country makes some very nice leaf packs for the rear. I'm runnin a 4 inch leaf pack with an 8.8 and no sway bar. I am gettin from full stuff to full drop out about 20 inches....It could also be the 200+ Pounds of gear in the back

Yes, weight helps flex. Quite abit actually, I loose abunch of flex if I take my winch off and all my gear out.

With an attitude like that, no wonder you got banned once before....

Believe it or not, there are some folks around here that actually wheel their trucks, or actually have the ability to fabricate what needs to be done in order to build a real rig. Bolting some company's pre-fabbed "Ranger-specific" parts on is seldom going to yield any worthwhile results. :annoyed:
