I guess I am BREAKING the law!!

I recieved this census envelope on my front door to my home about 2 weeks ago, just what ****ing law am I breaking by NOT filling it out and sending it back??

Am I committing a misdemeanor or a felony, what are the SO CALLED consequences for not filling this out and sending it back. This is gotta be a joke.

Just how in the hell are they going to enforce this ( LAW ) ???????????????????

Fine up to 5000.00 I believe. In the constitution it says they're allowed to take census every 10 years and it's supposed to be how many people live in your house and names and birth dates.(Nothing else) Be prepared for people to knock your door, but your not legally obligated to open it though!

the only thing that got filled out on ours was number of people inthe house. Then sent back. Names, etc.... ARE NOT THEIR F#$#ING BUSINESS. They want they info, they allready have it. Post office, schools, etc...

IMHO, the government has no business collecting any of that other information. The Federal government as originally intended was to be a central voice for all of the INDEPENDENT states to communicate with other countries and to be a third party for settling disputes between states.

The Civil War was not fought over freeing the slaves, contrary to what most "history" classes teach. It was fought over state's rights. The North wanted to crush the independence of individual states and stamp out Southern culture. They largely succeeded and since then our Federal government has began overstepping the bounds set forth by our forefathers who created this nation.

I could elaborate, but I have work to do right now to try to pay all of the people with their hands in my pockets...(ie: government). Keep working, millions on welfare depend on you!

Next we will be getting mail asking personal info about health BS that you are required to provide proof of information they already have also the only job growth is in our government keeping tabs on our money and what is the best way for us to spend it. The census is nothing new and it is used to determine population for representation and aid. Without the census info none of us would have most of the massive highways we use to travel on many times.

The non-obligatory information is used for statistics that help in other ways but you don't have to answer them.

I'm not saying that I have anything against counting the population. I just have a problem with the 9,000,000 other questions they ask (that you are not required by law to answer despite any pressure to the contrary).

Our illustrious leader has stated many times his thoughts for this country. I've heard him say it. But the vast majority just cheers and doesn't listen to just what he said. Oh my, the annointed one spoke! Isn't that wonderful? :gay:

I'm not saying a "Republican" would be better. I didn't really care for Bush either.

I'm really pissed over the cut the government takes out of my paychecks. Gross pay: $950 - net pay (the amount I actually get to put in my bank) $440.... and no, my tax refund is not pretty... it's only once been above $600. And no, I don't have health insurance. All that goes to taxes and unemployment benefits. There is no reason I should be sending that much to the Washington fat cats so they can fly their private jets around and live in the lap of luxury.
