I’ve swap out my 4.0 v6 for a 3.0 v6 in my Ford Sport Trac

Like it won't bolt up to the 3.0?
It’s a problem with the transmission. It cranks and runs I’m not getting any power to the transmission. I put it on the scanner and it’s reading A,B and C shift solenoid are not engaging
