Let me start by saying I am far from an expert on these ranges compared to a lot of other guys on this site. I am a master at scavenging marketplace and Craigslist and who knows what else to find what I need.
Those wheels don’t look like the gen one wheels, but I may be wrong on that. If I’m right, find out what year or years where those wheels were used. I really don’t recognize them, are you sure they are Ranger wheels? Could they be Jeep wheels?
Anyway, anyway, my point is if you identify what make and model and year the wheels are, and then you do searches on eBay, on craigslist, and marketplace, you can probably find some sooner or later. I wanted particular center caps for my Road Ranger project. Including the trailers, I needed like 30 of them I looked, and looked, and looked, and barely found one or two, then in a short period of time, I picked up about 15 of them. Around here if you can find them, they’re only like four dollars each, so I’m still picking up spares.
Maybe one of these other guys can tell you what year and model truck that your wheels came from.
One other thought. Measur the size of the hole that those center caps snap in to. You have to measure it pretty precisely. Then look for center caps for that diameter hole. They may be chrome, or black, and not look exactly the same, but there are a lot of aftermarket center caps that snap in like that. Again, measure the whole precisely, because there are three sizes that are about 1/8 of an inch in diameter apart if you get something like that, and you have the slightest doubt, I put some E 6000, a.k.a. goop, just a tiny bit where you can’t see it, but where it will still hold it to the rim. Then they don’t fly off. If you want to get them off, it’s still very easy to remove them.
I’m long winded, but I don’t know what else to say. If I can help you let me know. If you can let me know the year model, etc., I can add it to my list when I look around craigslist and marketplace around here in Atlanta
Good luck
