I can't remember about the grill, probably need to remove. There is a bolt [iirc 10mm]near the top back of fender that you access with the door open, use an extension. There is a bolt [iirc 10mm] near the bottom back of the fender, also near the door. There is another bolt [iirc 8mm] near the front bottom of the fender attaches to the front fascia.
There are a few more...the front valence that holds the signal lamps needs to come off...remove the turn signals and you can access those two bolts (8mm)... and there are probably bolts and c-clip nuts holding the inner fender the lip of the fender...just keep yanking out bolts until it falls on your foot...
Most are 8 mm and if you have a power tool drill and a socket adapter you can remove them much faster...soak with PB Blaster as needed...and run a wire brush over the bottom part of the bolt to remove rust and dirt if necessary.
Don't think for one second that the c-clip nuts will not break because they will...then you need to hold them with vice grips or something...
All this detail from a very recent fender removal...I even have pics of full frontal nudity of my truck...
if its stock it my be a bitch to not ruin some stuff. the valance screws and grill lowers etc are not easy. my truck is a pig so i never put any of it back....i am always bashing deer and trees trail riding and shit, so with only a few bolts its easy to straighten em out.....of course replacing grilles sux but only use a few screws there too. they are gtting harder to find in the junkyards....
