Ok so I know that there is 2 adjusters but which is which lol, I have a 1990 ford ranger xlt 2.9L v6 can someone tell me which adjusters do what there is a long one sticking out the top corner of the headlight and there is a short one behind the headlight... thanks

one of them will move the headlight up and down, the other will move it side to side. Not sure which is which in the 1989-92 Ranger. Grab a screw driver and turn one while watching the headlight. if the headlight doesn't move, put light pressure on it as it may be sticking from years of non adjustment...

Just make sure that you don't have them pointing into traffic...

Park in front of a garage door or wall on level ground and play with them. Google headlight adjustment and you will find info on how to align them (where they should point).

At 15 feet from your target board you want a 2" drop from the center of your lens to the top of the beam on the target. Then take them just a little off to the right so you can see stuff (deer) coming from the side of the road, and you aren't blinding oncoming drivers.

Thanks guys appreciate it all is well, now I'm not blinding people with my hids :)
