How do I disconnect this high pressure clutch line?

Done that. It comes down to a bad master cylinder. It is no surprise consdiering it came from Advance Auto parts.

I had a real problem bleeding my b-II with a 4.0l transplant. I'm still unsure what trans I had as at that time I was new to RBV's. I'm still learning too. I did a lot of research on different methods and tried them all with no luck. It turns out that an ear on the master had broken off and allowed enough movement of the master that the rod couldn't travel and build enough pressure to release the clutch. You have replaced the master so that isn't an issue however I have seen the firewall flex enough to cause the same problem. There will be a stress crack [it could be very hard to see] in the firewall from the flexing. Another possibility is the pedal linkage being worn enough to cause lack of enough movement. I would check all your mechanical systems for play before proceeding.
Good luck,

Richard

I wiuld not dount at all that is what happen to the "new" one. The houseing appeared to be very cheap plastic. The OE unit that came off looked a whole lot better.
