high output alternators ?

i was looking to buy a high output alternator for my 2001 ranger i need one that can put out around 130 amps at idle speed i have a ho alternator under the hood right now that i bought from powerbastards but it makes wierd noises and it suppose to put out a max power of 240 amps but i dont think it even comes close to that my head lights still dim when driving down the highway i upgraded all of my ground and battery cables to 1/0 i have a kinetic 1400 watt battery so if anyone can reccomend a good brand ho alternator to go with please let me know about it thanks !
 
i gave mean green a call today they have a 200 amp alt for $400 and a 240 amp alt for $500 they both put out around 130 amps at idle. do you have a mean green alternator ? i heard that ohio generators are pretty good also

i have used them before and there awesome
