That is a whole lotta alternator....

I'm running a 130 amp 4.0L explorer alternator on mine. Supplies plenty of juice for everything I got going on.

And everything bolted right up and plugged in? Could you find a link to it

I did the swap a few years back and can't get any info on it. I know I used this page in the tech library and through some research I found that a 7.3L Powerstroke Alternator was the same. The toughest part for me was that I snapped a brake line trying to get the bottom bolt out. Also keep in mind that I have a 94' 2.3L motor. The alternator mount and room available may have changed.

You might have some luck cross referencing part numbers on www.rockauto.com to make it work.

i ended up buying that 160A alt. i didnt feel like doing a lot of cross referencing. its a little more money than i wanted to spend but i dont really want my alternator to go out and get stranded, especially now that its getting cold
