High flow cat idea

yup, people are always wanting to throw cats away but they really do help.

i am an advocate for keepign them usually. they also like to quiet down the exhaust if you keep them so its easier to run straight pipes from them to the back and not be terribly obnoxious

One of the most aggressive sounding 2.9s I ever heard had just a cat and no muffler, actually sounded pretty good

i used to run my 89 325i with the cat and twin pipes out the back. they were dual exhaust already and boy did it sound awesome with only the cat on it. mostly quiet when driving normal but when you got on it, it sounded like an f1 car reving out.

Wow! I love seeing duels on a ranger ! I cut out the stock muffler and put a cherry bomb on my truck and man it sounds good! When you put your ear up to the tail pipe you just can’t hear it over the cat leak in the front
