Damn..... I took this thing apart in August. Where does the time go?
The 4.0 is rebuilt, reinstalled, and running like a top. After sitting around for months, it only took a couple days to get it done. Also way less drama with the timing than I imagoned. It's shocking how cheap it was, I'm into this truck for $1450 as it sits.
Next up is the drive train, parts are in the mail. I decided on the torch off road 3" leveling kit, and hopefully some 35s. The truck is no looker so if I have to cut it, whatever. Bushings, brakes, bearings, ball joints, shocks, links, yada yada. Then maybe jump the damn thing, who knows.
Whats this I hear about 4.10s, 31 spline axles, and not jiving with big tires?
