sweet i lived in gillette for about 6 months how did it fit was it hard to shoe horn it in their or wat

Sweet not that far away. Well i pretty much just just pulled the cab off and made my engine and trans mounts. I built some custom headers, then i just started lowering the cab down and modding stuff to fit. The engine and trans. are crate for a 1996 Mustang GT. Rear end is 8.8 with 4.10's and limited slip.

List of Issues I had to address.

Engine and Trans.
1. Mounting 4.6 and t-45 trans.
2. Custom driveshaft
3. Custom headers
4. Oil filter to stearing box clearance (custom adapter)
5. Power steering pump moved to other side of engine
6. Custom belt routing and tensioner
7. Clutch pedal and cable (was an auto)
8. Air cleaner assemble

Body and engine bay
1. Heater box clearance
2. Inner fender clearance to headers
3. Shifter for trans.

Electrical
1. Wanted to keep it obdII and mustang ecu
2. Made a custom engine harness that also runs stock ranger gauge cluster
3. PATS (Mustang ecu had PATS)

I think that is about it any questions hit me up.

Lyman, eh. I have a friend who has family up there. One is the principal of the high school, or used to be.

oh Really I Probably know them or of them it is a very small town,

Good looking Ranger, but I am not a fan of the rims and flames. That's great you got a five speed behind the 4.6. What kind of exhaust you running on that?

I really love the mountains in the background.

Lol that is funny, when i bought the truck it actually had blown the engine pulling out of the paint booth and had the rims on it I am not much for the flames or the rims either but it was a steal and i couldn't pass it up all i wanted was to build a play toy. Ever since I put it together (10,000 miles ago) i havent even touched it other than 2 sets of tires and oil changes. What kind of play toy is it if i dont ever get to fix anything on it?

The exhaust is custom headers that I made that go into dual 2.5in really long bluestreak glasspacks. I know I know your thinking why the heck did he do all that and put glasspacks on it. Well I had some new ones sitting there and with them so long it actually sounds pretty good. After I fabbed up the exhaust I had my uncle ceramic coat the entire exhaust.

nice ride man. looking forward to more pics of engine bay and stuff

I love that style of flames, so much. Would look wicked flat black base, gloss black flames with a red "shadow" if you know what I mean. Wicked looking truck, man.

Dude a video would be awesome.

Third photo down: what kind of shop are you in? I see a steel rack and what looks like parts to be worked on, and a really big snowblower..

Nice rig!! Get some showmanship shots and you will have a shot in the monthly street truck voting.

The shop is one of ours in Lyman it is the welding shop, that is where i do most of my fab. We were putting a new starter on one of the two 600hp detroits that the snowblower has. We use two of these snowblowers and a D8 Cat to plow into oil and gas sites during the winter. Snow drifts can get upto like 15 feet deep.

What kind of pictures would you guys like to see? I will see what I can get for video hopefully the snow will melt soon so i can take it out.
