Help finding intake hose assembly?

Is it hard plastic duct or more of a rubber?

It isn't a replacement, but maybe you can patch it until you can find a replacement. I just patched up the rubber duct on my later model truck with shoe goo. It was ripped up around one of the clamps. I scrubbed the duct with hot soapy water to get it clean, then applied the shoe goo and let it cure overnight. Been driving it almost daily for the last two weeks and it has held good.

I'm sure you could do the same with a hard plastic duct.

I actually replaced a torn up intake duct in my Choptop with 3” ABS plumbing parts and a couple Fernco rubber pipe couplers…

Redneck? Of course, but it works just fine.

And his post history shows that he was a Kuboda swapping a 91 Mazda B-2200 back in 2013. That he was asking about an 91 Ranger 4 cylinder in 2014. Then a 91 Ranger 3.0L in 2016.

Who knows what they guy is trying to work on. We probably won't unless he decides to come back and follow up on the thread.

That's some serious detective work there...

More like a seriously short post history. I got all of that from his profile page. I was just looking to see if he's even been back since creating the thread, clicked on his postings, and it was all right there.

I'm so confused. So, we're trying to source an intake plenum for a 1967 Detroit 471T in a Mack tri-axle dump. Right? Just kidding.

Another solution is to get some measurements and order aluminum intake tubing and silicone couplings and elbows off ebay. It makes very nice results.
