I need some help finding a pcm, ecu, and a bcm pin print out

Hi I just bought a 2007 4.0 v6 sohc ranger. I had to replace the timing chains on it. So while the engine was out I went ahead and rebuild the engine. When we put the engine back in and went to start it the pats system came up my key is no good so I got information on how to solve that issue through the ranger station got what I needed to reprogram the key went and hooked everything up and found out that the obd2 is not talking to the truck. So I am asking for a point in the right direction for a pin print out for the pcm, ecu, and bcm that way I can find the wire that is making all this not to start.

This is what you need. These DVD's are excellent. This looks like the original Ford dvd.
