I’m in need of a headliner and I found one for a 93 wondering if it will fit in a 91

the wheelbases are the same (other than 0.2" diff in the extend cab), but styles are different... the coat hanger is in a slightly different place, don't know how offcenter it would be from the dimple in the headliner - could always just drill a new hole.

FWIW, mine seems to be very rare - haven't seen another like it the coat hanger is on the wrong side (passenger) where it would create a blind spot if you used it.

okay well I don’t really care about a coat hanger lol as long as it will fit lol

I haven' tried it, so I would suggest you take a tape measure and double check for yourself

I don't know from personal experience. One way I can think of to check is to go on to LMC Truck and see what they have listed for headliners and what range of years they fit. Not necessarily to buy but as a point of reference.

I could care less about creating a blind spot in the back of the cab, I drove small dump truck for about 10 years from the age of 17. Side mirrors were all you had, right behind the cab was a huge sheet of steel.

I prefer the coat hanger on the passenger side, it is easier to reach back and grab whatever is on it from the drivers seat that way. It’s also easier to grab if you go around the passenger side to unload whatever you picked up.

FYI: LMC lists the HighLiner for 83-92. There was a significant styling change in 93. Their regular headliners are listed 93-97.

I knew the style of the coat hanger and grab handles and dome light changed, but didn't know if the headliner itself changed, thanks for settling that.
