So I was changing the bulbs in my gauge cluster to LED and when I went to test them the tachometer, left turn signal, HighBeam lights and the left bulb on my climate control weren't working. I've rotated the bulbs and checked all the fuses and nothing seems to be blown. and high beams and left turn signal still works on the outside

Did you make sure DC power was there and the correct polarity?

LEDs have a + and - terminal unlike incandescent(regular) bulbs which don't

So you need to test the ones that are not work by flipping them around, reversing polarity to see if they work
If that doesn't help then test using a known working LED or the old incandescent bulb to see if its a bulb issue

"New" means never ever....................EVER tested, not "it works"
