remember,it's just plywood and bondo...it would be cracking up in the first mile if i tried to run with it.
Hehe yep I know, was just kidding around, but you could at least say it had a composite structure. but once again your work amazes me. whats next out of your bag of tricks?
How do you apply the PVA? We put it in the molds with a cloth that we dipped in liquid in a bucket... hope that stuff wasn't harmfull![]()

one of the guys that goes to a local mud bog is slightly mudified lol
i was watching the powerblock today musclecar to be more specific and they made a fiberglass hood the same way you are. at one point after the pulled the mould off the plug there was what looked like a big sheet of saran wrap they they pulled off to prep the mould but i dont remember them putting it on. is this one of the sprays they woulda used that dried to a sheet?
once done,the first piece turned out of this will have a total cost in the $300-350 range...each after that about $50-60.
