ya,that can be the downside of this thread.what i do is scroll through looking for pictures.everything i do is pictured,so if it's progress,it will be easy to pick out from the chat.

trying to get some wheel tubs happening at this time.

is that a two piece form for your tubs? i noticed one has the holes for the vice grips but then there seems to be another one thats solid but has a square cut outta the bottom

that's just the two sides of the form,the side with the square cutout is the inner face,the side with the holes is the outside edge.since nothing welds to this side i cut holes to clamp the wrap,the other side still has to have the face welded on.

i only round the one side on these ones.i'll have the inside face welded to the wrap,and a flange welded to the outside edge.the far outer edge of the tub will be steel and welded to the rear fender.when the body is set on the frame for the last time the flange will be bolted to the one on the outer fender,completing the tub.
