Thanks man. Driving it brings back lots, and lots of memories. I can't wait to get started on the big stuff. I'm thinking about removing the bed, and fabing up something kind of like this:

^^So true, they are actually getting pretty hard to find. I've been eyeballing this particular truck for almost a year now. I got pretty lucky. Usually when you find a first gen for a decent price, they are trashed. I'm sure now that I've waited patiently for over a year, and I have it, there will be all kinds of screaming deals popping up around me. Lol

i know what u mean man, i have my 78 f-250 for sale now cause i want another ranger, i dont have the cash yet but found 2 ext cab 4wd rangers both 90's for 1500 each. ones a 4.0 auto, others a 2.9 5spd........now i just need to sell my truck LOL

It has 155k on it, and everything is original except for the clutch. It feels a lot stronger then any other 2.9 I had though.... It could just be my imagination... It's been a while. Ha ha
