Fuse box questions…

Depending on vehicle content... not all fuses and wiring will be used.

The "map" in the owners manual just shows all fuses regardless of what your truck was built with.

Let me also add- make it stop juice was low

A little low is normal... as brakes pads wear the fluid level will drop slightly to compensate for the the wear on the pads.

Try pulling the release handle on the park brake and pulling up on the park brake pedal at the same time.

I've seen where the pedal gets pushed down enough to illuminate the light but not apply the park brake.

Thank you, apparently it took quite a bit, lights are all off now and it’s stopping just fine. In the past when we were both young I had the lights come on when I’d press the pedal and that was how I knew I needed pads (got better at keeping an eye on it after that) lol this time it was a steady thing and since my dad had been fiddling with it while it was stored at his house he said he’d checked the pads and all the lines and unstuck the parking brake apparently he never checked the fluid level lol

that’s exactly it! Thank you, once I posted hubs and I put two and two together lol I don’t have rear abs or anything power inside lol only thing automatic is one thing I’d like manual- the transmission lol

I pretty sure all those trucks were built with rear anti lock brakes... RABS

The RABS unit is mounted to the frame rail under the vacuum brake booster.

But if the light is out... the system is likely functional.

Would have been nice of you to not have edited your post, and leave the original question(s).

Now this thread is totally useless to the next person that has the same problem.

I was able to undelete the deleted post.

I can't undelete the first edit post.

@CrazyRangerMama

That was a good suggestion to not have deleted the original question. This site is searchable and questions like yours may help another member answer a similar question they may have. This thread in its current state is useless without the original question.

I believe you can revert your edit to the original... but I'm unsure. Been some time since I haven't had mod version software.
