I built mine myself....With the chevy TREs they're huge as hell....and 3/8" thick chromoly tubing.

i was wondering the same thing. ive seen all the jam nuts and heims and spacers for sale separately online for much cheaper than a kit is sold for. and when the kit gets shipped in, you have to weld it yourself anyway. wouldnt it be easier for me to order all the pieces and go to a shop and have them cut the tubing to size and weld it for me? or is that not practical?
