Before I changed my gas tank and fuel pump Dash Gauges worked fine now my fuel and oil pressure gauge don't appear to be working the fuel gauge is pegged but goes to 3/4 when it has no voltage.

The sending unit from the tank varies the resistance to ground, to actuate your gauge. If the wire is grounded somehow, pinched, etc . . . it will peg the gauge. As for the oil pressure . . hmmm, you would think something is related here. The
CVR sends about 5-6 volts to the gauges, so maybe something messed up with that. But it wouldn't have anything to do with you back at the tank. Did you do anything in the gauge assembly/dash? The CVR is on the gauge assembly.
