Sno and i have been talking a little about this-

Looking for a cheap way to ship an engine from either Germany or the UK to the USA. Found two 2.9 Cosworth BOAs for reasonable prices -

Didn't know if anyone out there was military, pirate, seafarer, etc that had or knew of a cheap way to move a palleted engine across the Atlantic. If it was cheap enough, I wouldn't mind if I had to drive to a port, etc to pick it up.

many times, used Burlington Air, classified cargo as "DENSITY SHIPPMENT", (small size, heavy weight), and always got a outstanding rate!

I have a 26 foot grady white. You pay for the aerial refueling drops and let's go get it... I figure we can get there an back in less than a month.

Will try that. Right now shipping is around $1000, which is too much for me
